The Summit is held at the Sunriver Resort, near Bend. Lodging is NOT included in the ticket package for the Oregon Summit.
The Democratic Party of Oregon has reserved a Room Block at the Sunriver Resort, which you can use to reserve rooms at our special discounted rate using this link. You can also call (855) 420-8206 and let them know you’re with the Democratic Party of Oregon. If you book without going through this web portal, make sure you call Sunriver and let them know you’re with the DPO! We have negotiated special pricing for Sunriver housing for our event, and all of our guests get late checkout on Sunday to make sure you can enjoy all the Oregon Summit has to offer!
Rooms typically sell out. We encourage you to book your rooms early! Our room block closes on September 29th, 2023.
House sharing is also a great way to reduce costs! Housing is completely the responsibility of each individual and shall not be the responsibility of the DPO. If you decide to share your housing with others we encourage you to only house share with those who you trust and make a plan before you arrive about housing arrangements and expectations for your space.
