PORTLAND — The Democratic Party of Oregon (DPO) State Central Committee passed a resolution commending Senator Wyden and the other Oregon Democratic members in Congress for their work to cut drug costs to Medicare in the 116th Congress and urging them to continue and strengthen that work in the current Congress.

Specifically, the resolution asks Sen. Wyden to do whatever he can to include the following priorities in the American Families Plan: drug price negotiation, Medicare drug cost reduction, a low out-of-pocket Medicare maximum, coverage of dental, vision and hearing services, and a lower age for Medicare eligibility.
