Measure 111 requires the State of Oregon to ensure that all residents have access to affordable, high-quality healthcare. It also requires the state to balance funding health care with funding all other essential services.

Measure 112
Measure 112 would amend the Oregon Constitution so that it no longer contains an exception for slavery or involuntary servitude if used as punishment for a crime. The new amended text would read: "There shall be neither slavery, nor involuntary servitude in this state."

Measure 113 would disqualify legislators from seeking re-election if they are absent from 10 or more floor sessions without an excuse or permission.
