Statement from Meredith Wood Smith, Chair of the Democratic Party of Oregon announcing the release of 2010 DPO Party Platform:
“The 2010 platform was created with thoughtful participation from grassroots Democrats from every corner of the state. We will continue to share it with our Democratic elected officials at every level of government, and will work with them in using the platform as basis for their decisions. This platform is a guide to the principles and positions that our party fights for every day.”
The 2010 Platform Convention was held at PCC Willow Creek Campus June 25-27, 2010.
