Today the Democratic Party of Oregon launched the website www.MeetJimHuffman.com as a documented source for Oregonians to understand Republican U.S. Senate candidate Jim Huffman’s ultra-conservative values.
The website, which highlights the Republican candidate's ideology and positions using his own words, reflects how out of step Huffman is with Oregonians on key issues including reforming health care, reining in Wall Street greed, and protecting Social Security and the environment.
The DPO intends to keep Huffman and other Republican candidates honest this campaign season, holding them accountable for their past statements and positions; not letting them reinvent themselves for the upcoming election. The public and media will be able to check www.MeetJimHuffman.com regularly for new information as it is updated throughout the campaign.
