- The SCC Business Meeting will be open to all SCC members. Non-members will be able to view the meeting via a listen/view only livestream.
- The Democratic Party of Oregon requires all event attendees to other parts of the SCC Weekend to be “up-to-date” on COVID-19 vaccines and boosters per CDC guidelines.
- We strongly urge all SCC members to make sure you are fully vaccinated & boosted for COVID-19 before our meeting. We ask delegation chairs to work with your Delegation to ensure members are vaccinated and to coordinate alternates for delegates who are unable to attend as per your County or Caucus Bylaws.
- Consider taking a COVID rapid test before you leave home if you have one available. If you receive a positive Covid test, or if you have any cold- like symptoms (such as cough, fever or chills, shortness of breath, congestion, etc) please do not attend and notify your delegation chair immediately.
- The Democratic Party of Oregon reserves the right to update these protocols at any time based on the best public health guidance.
In the 2024-2025 Budget, the DPO allocated $4750 in funds to help assist with travel to and from our Quarterly SCC Meetings to lighten the burden on SCC members and Officers of DPO Caucuses with need. This need-based grant is awarded on financial and distance basis.
Members interested in receiving a grant for the 4th Quarter 2025 SCC Meeting should apply by no later than November 24th.

There are a variety of small hotels, motels, and vacation rentals available in Bandon. We strongly encourage booking accommodations as early as possible.

Many lodging options in Bandon are locally owned and smaller in size; you may have better luck booking directly rather than through large hotel sites.

Vacation rentals can be a good option for saving money by sharing space with friends or colleagues.

There are also several RV parks and campgrounds in the area.

Please note: Overnight camping is not permitted at the school meeting location.

4th Quarter 2026 SCC Meeting
This meeting will be held in the Portland Metro Area, tentatively on the 5th & 6th of December. We are waiting for the DNC to announce their end of year meeting dates to finalize details about this event.
