Meeting Recap:

  • On July 26th at 7pm the Elections Integrity Caucus met for the Official Reorganizational Meeting. 169 Members attended the meeting.
  • The Caucus first elected Travis Nelson as the Chair Pro Tem for the purpose of running last night’s meeting and facilitating the caucus officer elections.
  • The Caucus approved the rules proposed in the previously noticed petition for running this election as well as the agenda for last night’s meeting.
  • The caucus heard nomination speeches for candidates to appear on the ballot for this election.
  • The meeting was adjourned.

The following candidates were nominated at the July 26th Meeting, and will appear on the ballot. 

Voting Instructions:

  • Ballots were sent via USPS mail on Wednesday July 27th to ALL caucus members who were registered with the caucus as of July 26th at noon.
  • Ballots must be received at the Democratic Party of Oregon Office by no later than 4pm on August 18th. POSTMARKS CANNOT BE HONORED. Ballots will be counted on August 19th in Eugene, and all candidates will be permitted to have an observer present.
  • If any voter has an issue returning their ballot, they can contact DPO staff at [email protected] by no later than August 15th for special accommodation.
  • We will facilitate a way for each candidate to send one blast email to caucus members to communicate with them directly.
