- The 2nd Quarter Meeting will be considered adjourned when all Regional Delegates to the Executive Committee have been elected by the regional caucuses and have been announced via email.

Regional Caucus Meetings will be held concurrently as soon as the SCC Meeting is recessed. Access instructions will be sent out to credentialed delegates on June 25th.
These regional elections will be conducted as outlined in the Special Rule of Order passed by the SCC on 6/16/21.

- The caucus meeting will be considered adjourned by the Chair once final election results are announced to the State Central Committee via email.
Region One comprises Baker, Crook, Deschutes, Gilliam, Grant, Harney, Hood River, Jefferson, Klamath, Lake, Malheur, Morrow, Sherman, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa, Wasco and Wheeler counties. Region One elects 1 (one) Delegate to the DPO Executive Committee.
Region Two comprises Benton, Clatsop, Columbia, Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, Josephine, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Polk, Tillamook and Yamhill counties. Region Two elects 2 (two) delegates to the DPO Executive Committee.
Region Three comprises Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties. Region 3 elects 3 (three) delegates to the DPO Executive Committee.
